Apply! Simple, streamlined workflows
1. Adding samples
Samples should be biofluids, homogenates or a soft pellet.
2. Kit setup
Prepare DIGEST (and EN or SP3® beads for ENRICH or SP3® kits) and add all reagents to the Tecan® instrument.
3. Sample preparation
Wash, lyse and digest samples (for SP3® or ENRICH directly on beads) on the Tecan® instrument.
4. Sample cleanup
Samples are automatically transferred to the clean-up plate and processed on the Tecan® Resolvex® A200 or i300.
5. MS and data analysis
Measure samples by LC-MS and analyse data.
Results

Approximately 1,150 proteins were identified in all samples, in agreement with the expected performance of the manually processed ENRICH-iST. The numbers of protein IDs were consistent for all samples, with a technical variation around 15%. This demonstrates the high efficiency, quality and robustness of the automated ENRICH-iST workflow.
A) Mean and standard deviation of identified protein groups. Pooled sample (blue) is a pool of plasma samples from multiple experimental days, injected five consecutive times.
