Apply! Simple, streamlined workflows

1. Sample
Samples should be human EDTA plasma.
2. ENRICH
Add sample to prepared ENplus-BEADS and incubate for 30 min at 30°C.
3. Lyse, reduce, alkylate
Add LYSE reagent and incubate for 10 min at 60°C.
4. Digest
Cool, add DIGEST reagent, and incubate for 1 h at 37°C.
5. Purify
Load onto the cartridge, WASH, and ELUTE. Dry and resuspend in LC-LOAD.
6. MS analysis
Inject and analyze to see improved peptide identities.
